Dermentli F. Formation and Assessment of Efficiency of Industrial Integrated Corporate Structures

Object of the study - integration processes and integrated corporate industrial structures. Objective of the study is development of theoretical principles, elaboration of methodical approaches and practical recommendations on formation and assessment of the integrated corporate industrial structures efficiency. Methods of research include methods of knowledge and formal logic, technical and economic analysis, economic and mathematical modelling, logical comparison, mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results consist in grounding the approaches to formation of and the basic principles of creation of an integrated corporate structure in the pipe industry, as well as the recommendations on assessment of a transnational corporation efficiency. Novelty is a scientifically grounded approach to formation and assessment of the integrated corporate industrial structures efficiency on the basis of usage of the enterprise's competitive advantages. Degree of introduction is the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine, association "Ukrtruboprom", OSC "MMK "Azovstal", OSC "Novomoskovsky Trubny Zavod", State Pipe Institute named after Ya. E. Ossada, Institute of Electric Welding named after E.O. Paton under NAS of Ukraine. Sphere of application covers the Ministry of Economics and European Integration of Ukraine, Donetsk State Regional Administration.
