Object of research - managerial processes by monetary streams of agrarian corporation. The purpose of research - is development of the concept and the mechanism of management monetary streams of agrarian corporation which realization will promote increase of efficiency of its functioning and will allow to provide steady, dynamic and balanced development in conditions of the astable economic environment. Methods - dialectic method of knowledge of the validity, position of the economic theory, laws of functioning of market economy, the theory of management, theoretical positions of scientists on problems of development of agrarian sector, management of the finance, strategic planning, the economic and financial analysis, logic and mathematical methods, a method of system dynamics methods of the economic and financial analysis, the system approach. Results - priorities in management of monetary streams are determined in view of strategic directions of development of agrarian sector of economy of Ukraine and modern features of functioning of agrarian corporations; the concept of management is developed by monetary streams, the economic-mathematical model of management is developed by monetary streams of agrarian corporation in view of tax parameters; the model of an information control system is constructed by monetary streams; the technique of diagnostics of monetary streams of the agrarian corporation, based on use of modern receptions and tools of the economic and financial analysis is advanced. Novelty - the concept of management is developed by the monetary streams, basing principles of the system approach and allowing to raise efficiency of the administrative decisions directed on increase of net profit, provided with real money; economic-mathematical model of management of monetary streams in view of the tax parameters, constructed with use of a method of system dynamics and realized by tools of imitating modelling which allows to choose the optimal strategy of development of agrarian corporation; themodel of an information control system of the monetary streams, taking into account structure of agrarian corporation, the requirement of a legal regime of its functioning, branch features, which introduction will allow to reach high business activity to all structural divisions of agrarian corporation; it is advanced a technique of diagnostics of monetary streams which allows to identify a financial position of agrarian corporation and to define strategic and tactical directions of its development; has received the further development a methodological substantiation of economic essence of concepts "agrarian corporation", "management of monetary streams of agrarian corporation".
