Andriychenko Z. Organization of Work Motivation at Enterprises under Conditions of Restructuring

Object of research: process of forming of effective labour relations under conditions of mastering of market methods of manage; purpose of work: theoretical ground of maintenance and directions of work motivation at enterprises and development of the scientifically grounded methodical recommendations on its organization on enterprises under conditions of restructuring; research method and apparatus: principles of dialectics, historical and evolutional approach, methods of generalization, comparison, analysis and synthesis, statistical methods of the data processing, ekonomical and mathematical design; theoretical and practical results: three aspects approach to the category of "motivation of work", general and special signs of category "motivation of work" in the planned and market economy, maintenance of restructuring of enterprise, approaches to the legal providing of organization of work motivation at enterprises, maintenance of category of norm of labour, theoretical positions to explaining role ofwage level, reinginiring approach to organization of work motivation at an enterprise; the practical meaning of the received results is, that introduction of results of the dissertation will assist increase of efficiency of organization of work motivation at an enterprise; object and degree of introduction: developments are embodied in practice of "Demetra LTD.", joint-stock companies LKMZ and "Sverdlovskoe"; sphere of the use: domestic enterprises, educational process.
