Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of studying of the primary school teachers' level for the development of the creative possibilities of juniour schoolchildren and definition of the effective methods and ways that provide the forming and the developing of creative abilities of the primary schoolchildren. The philosophical and psychologo-pedagogical views on the creation and creative activity are revealed in the thesis on the basis of the scientific and educational-methodical literature analysis. The psychologo-pedagogical and methodical preconditions of the future teachers' training are determined in the thesis. Theoretically and experimentally proved system of pedagogical faculty students' training in the field of mathematics is also represented in the thesis. The proposed system of training teachers forms the foundation of their creation and the development of the pupils' creative activity, that proves the effectivity of this traning.
