Theoretical results: For the first time in experiments in vitro and in vivo on pigs the certain absorbing efficiency SKN-1K and GSGD-4 in relation to T-2 toxin. The developed and worked out technology of a hemosorption at pigs (without special fixation animals) with use GSGD-4 enables to warn destruction of pigs at acute poisoning T-2 toxin even in absolutely lethal doses. The complex of clinical, hematological, biochemical and pathomorphologic researches supplements existing representations concerning pathogeny T-2 toxicosis of animals. Practical results: it is proved, that a hemosorption an effective method etiotropic and pathogenetic therapy at T-2 toxicosis of animals. Results of researches were used by development "Methodical recommendation on diagnostics, treatment and prophylaxes Т-2 toxicosis of pigs", confirmed by scientific and technical advice council of the State department of veterinary medicine of the Ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine.
