The system of industrial relations in agricultural sector of Ukraine economy. The research of directions of land relations transformation and farming forms in conditions of transitive economy of Ukraine, and also scientific substantiation of priority ways of effective development of the organizational-legal forms of farming. Methods: dialectical, the overlapping historical and logic methods, analysis and synthesis, economic analysis, induction and deduction. It was made a complex analysis of the modern organizational legal forms of farming in economy of Ukraine; conditions and features of their development during reforming land relations are opened; the basic directions of development of the economic forms of land property and land use are proved. The results of research are being used in educational process and agrarian sector of economy.
