Bondarenko O. The psychological peculiarities of professional communication of the military under the special conditions of activity

The dissertation is dedicated to questions of revealing and interpretation of peculiarities in communicative behaviour of the military in situations of interpersonal interaction under the special conditions of activity. The author's model that describes the communication situations under the interpersonal interaction conditions of the military and also the new psychological mechanism that explains their communication behaviour are investigated in this dissertation. The typification of the attitude of the military towards professional intercourse is developed. The methods of qualification analysis are modified and used in practice as the new methods of communicative behaviour description of the military under the conditions of interpersonal interaction. Steady symptom complexes, which are typical of participants of communication under the conditions of interpersonal interaction are revealed with the help of qualification analysis. They are described as behavior syndromes.
