Ovtina E. Application of hydrolaser therapy at the sanatorium-resort stage of treatment of patients with neurocirculatory dystonia in combinatoin with chronic tonsillitis

The dissertation is devoted to scientific substantiation of expedient application of hydrolaser therapy and electrophoresis of peloidine in order to increase efficacy of complex sanatorium-resort treatment of patients with neurocirculatory dystonia in combination with chronic tonsillitis. 122 patients aged 12-15 were studied for peculiarities of clinical manifestations of neurocirculatory dystonia in combination with chronic tonsillitis and of adaptation to physical loading depending on the type of neurocirculatory distonia. The data were obtained as to efficacy of the proposed complex on the clinical manifestations of neurocirculatory dystonia and chronic tonsillitis. There were found normalization of the arterial pressure, improvement in indices of the heart bioelectrical activity. There were established shortening of growing frequency of cardiac contractions and arterial pressure in clinical orthostatic test and under the conditions of standard physical loading as well as improvement of indices ofthe intracardiac hemodynamics. The devises method of treatment promotes improvement of the clinical condition in 83,3% patients and remission of this pathology for over 6 months in 68% of the observed patients. Indications were determined for differential application of hydrolaser therapy in complex sanatorium-resort treatment depending on the type of neurocirculatory dystonia and presence of chronic tonsillitis. The main results of the investigation are introduced into practical work of medical-prophylactic institutions.
