Object: features of influencing of style of pedagogical intercourse of teacher of initial classes of schools-boarding-schools on motivation of the training pupils of these establishments. Purpose: study of character of causal dependences between styles of pedagogical intercourse of teachers of schools-boarding-schools and indexes of motivation of the training junior schoolboys. Methods: theoretical, empiric, statistical. Results: features are exposed of styles of pedagogical intercourse of teachers of initial classes of schools-boarding-schools; the dynamic aspects of forming and feature of display of motivation of junior schoolboys are explored during a study in school-boarding-school. Use: qualifications of teachers of schools-boarding-schools can be used in the process of increase.
