The dissertation is devoted to researching the problem of psychological conditions of overcoming professional teacher's egocentrism. In the dissertation is worked out the conceptual model of formation and development of person professional egocentrism, are discovered the indications and levels manifestations of it.In the dissertation psychological conditions of overcoming professional teacher's egocentrism are opened consecutively: development of teacher's professional decentration as its balance mechanism is ensured; development of "I - concept" is ensured; personal approach as base orientation determined the strategy of renewal the system of increasing the pedagogical workers' professional qualification is realized. 61561
