The recyclic transformation of 2-іmіnоcoumarine-3-carboxamides under action mild N-nucleophilic reagents has been carried out. The synthesis of 3-(1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)coumarines, 3-(1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)coumarines, 3-(1-R2-5-R3-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)coumarines can be proposed as a preparative method.The interaction of 3-heterylcoumarines with ketones has been studied and a method of synthesis of 12-heteryl-8-оxа-10-azаtricyclo[7.3.1.02,7]trideca-2,4,6-trien-11-ones has been suggested. The pharmacological screening of the antituberculosis, antitumour, inflammatory, antioxidative and diuretic activities of the synthesised compounds has been carried out. 16-(5-Аnilino-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)-14-methyl-2-oxa-14-azatetracyclo[7.4.3.01,10.03,8]hexadeca-3,5,7-trien-15-one, which showed a diuretic activity, has been recommended for the further pharmacological studying as a potential diuretic medication
