Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of characteristic features of clinical course, humoral immunity, lipid-protein blood spectrotype, function of vascular endothelium and to the development of the method of correction of diagnosed disorders in patients with chronic lupus erythematosus (CLE). With 27,4% of patients, secondary antiphospholipid syndrome has been stated, venous thrombosis is the most frequent appearance of it. Increase of humoral immunity is characterized by increase of CD19+-cells, Ig G and Ig M level, antibodies to DNA and cardiolipin, circulating immune complexes. With 83,6% of patients with CLE, changes of lipid -protein blood composition were characterized by increase of total cholesterol, cholesterol of low & lowest density lipoproteins, triglycerydes, aterogenic index and apolipoprotein B. In general, dislipoprotein type IIa and IIb has been determined by dislipoprotein phenotyping. With 59,7% of patients with CLE, disfunction of vascular endothelium by activity of von Willebrand factor has been found. Prescription of Lovastatin against multimodality therapy allows to achieve positive results with 96,1% of patients , to reduce the term of treatment up to 10,9±1,5 days, to decrease the number of relapses up to 2,4 times as compared with the traditional treatment.
