Essay

The object of research: three technologies of beef production were investigated: intensive use calves of dairy and dual-purpose breeds under technology of dairy cattle breeding; effective use of over replacement hlifers in order to get additional crossbred calves raising them with suckling with subsegwent intensive raising to achieve high weiglit conditions; technology of beef cattle breeding wich long suckling of calves of beef breeds. Dynamics of growth, slaughter traits, guality of carcasses and beef of bulls of znamenakaya beefbreed and of red cteppe breed as well as crosses, conversion of energy and crude protein in to energy and protein of eftable part of carcass, energetic and economic efficiency of beef production technology were studied.
