Polyatsko K. Syndrome of enteric insufficiency and its correction at stages of surgical treatment of the patients with acute intestine ileus

In an experiment it is investigated the efficiency of a suspension of sucralfat in tube lavage of small intestine cavity by and consequences of hit toxic contents of an adducting loop at abducent loop of small intestine. On the grounds of research of the level of marker of the damage small intestine I-FABP and multiorgans dysfunction in postoperative period of 108 patients with acute intestine ileus algorithm of correction of a syndrome of enteric insufficiency have been developed. The increase of indication to single intraoperative decompressions of an adducting loop of small intestine, addition of sucralfat to tube lavage of small intestine cavity and protection of an abducent loop of a small intestine has enabled to reduce frequency of postoperative complications at patients with dесompensated enteric failure from 47,1 % up to 16,7 %, and among elderly persons from 71,4 % до25,0 % and to avoid lethal consequences.
