Essay

The dissertation deals with some questions of the thesis is directed to studying the drilling equipment operation, built-in in the failing part of the cutting machine, which is designed for a blast-hole drilling for roof bolting of mining. Regularities of rock destruction are established, including new instrument of rotational operation adjusted for properties of the rock subjected to destruction and the modes of equipment use. Equipment parameters theoretically substantiated and checked in mine conditions are established: rational specific feeding of a drill bit to bordering, forward force, twirl speed and other. The scientific baseline of creation, normative and engineering specifications of drilling equipment built-in in the modern cutting machine is elaborated. The manufactured cutting machine efficiency and a drilling equipment are integrally connected, as to say built-in in it. The tests of the cutting machine and equipment were carried out under mining conditions which makes it possible to obtain new scientific material for substantiated design of modern machines for mechanization of processes.
