Andrusiak V. Developing grain market of cereal crops and their processed products.

Object: processes of the development and efficiency of the production and marketing of buckwheat and millet grain and the processed products at the enterprises of Cherkasy region. Purpose: working out recommendations as to the formation of grain market of cereal crops and processed products based on studying and generalizing of some theoretical concepts, complex analysis of up-to-date state of the production and marketing, identifying the directions of its functioning. Methods: dialectic, inductive, economic-statistic analysis, extrapolation, correlative-regressive matching of the dynamic rows, mathematic modeling. Novelty: complex evaluation of economic efficiency of production and processing of buckwheat and millet grain was made; main trends in efficiency increase of buckwheat and millet grain market were grounded; economic-mathematic model of indicator programming of the development of cereal crop produce was worked out. Results: сalculations of the optimization of food sub-complex of Cherkasy region makes it possible to increase gross output of buckwheat grain by 14,8 th. to in 2010, and that of millet grain by 17,4 th. T compared with 2002. Extent of the introduction: Results of the researches are used in teaching process at Uman state agrarian university and are accepted by Main department of agriculture and food production of Cherkasy regional state administration to work out the Program of social-economic development of Cherkasy region. Sphere of application: farm economics and AIC.
