The object of investigation: the economic activities of municipal economy branch.The purpose: theoretical and methodological bases of forming strategy of developing municipal economy enterprises.The method of investigation: logical and theoretical consolidation,economic-mathematical and graphic analytic simulation. The theoretical results: the development of the theoretical, methodological basis of building of municipal economy enterprises strategy mechanism.Practical results: the scientific-methodological and practical recommendations of dissertational research concerning the substantiation of organizational bases of forming strategy of municipal economy enterprises, create the objective base for development of strategic plans for development municipal economy of Ukraine and the each enterprises of the branch.The aria of implementation: the enterprises of housing and communal services.
