The object of investigation: the activity of the building enterprises. The purpose of investigation: the theoretical substantiation and development of the fundamentals of methodological maintenance of process of forming price policy of the building enterprises. Methods of investigation: system and a structural analysis, economic-mathematical simulation, a methodology of steering of projects, mathematical statistics, elements of the investment and marketing analysis. The theoretical results: the theoretical fundamentals for forming price policy of building enterprises - contractors, tools of price policy of the building enterprises, the advanced methodology of estimation of the value of construction are developed. The practical results: the technique of forming of the overhead expenses and the target profit in a structure of a contractual price of construction works depending on manpower, a technique of forming of price policy of the building enterprises are developed.
