The object of research is administrative activity of the chiefs of groups of the air experts of military aircraft. The purpose of research - to determine the contents and psychological features of administrative activity of the chiefs of groups of the air experts, components, parameters and dynamics of its efficiency. Methods of research - supervision, interrogation, content-analysis. The psychological features of administrative activity of the chiefs of groups of the air experts are determined in the systematized kind. The psychological components and parameters of efficiency of administrative activity of the chiefs of groups of the air experts are revealed. The dependence of efficiency of administrative activity on dynamics most of psychological components is certain, that has enabled to concretize the contents of psychological-professional improvement of preparation of the chiefs of groups of the air experts.
