Popova M. Prognosis and early diagnostics of infertility in marriage in women of industry region

Prevalence of infertility in marriage was investigated on data of marriage registry offices of industry and agreecultural rayons of Donetsk Oblast. Was determined that infertility incidence in citiy is 15,1 % and in agrecultural area -10,3%. Was demonstrated that examination of infertility couples not correspond to modern requests. Was worked out and implemented gideline of examination of infertility couples. On the base of interrogation and investigation (WHO project N 88093) of 260 couples wityh infertility and 80 fer-tile couples was studied the structura of infertile marriage. Was demonstrated that tubo-peritoneal infertility is on the first place (33,08%). Then male infertility (30,00%), on third place-endocrine ones (28,08%), on forth place-immunological (5,00%) and on last-unknown genesis (3,84%). Was learned risk factors of infertile marriage and was estimated the role of each factors in developing of different form of infertility by using of rang correlation method. On tha base of Bayes formula was culculated prognostic coefficients and was created prognostic tables of development of primary and secondary infertility.
