Hapak N. Formation the business climate as a factor of management of regional economics' (on materials of Transcarpathian region)

The substance of business climate, it's most important qualitative and quantities factors taking into account regional specifications of economic functioning are defined. The estimation of effectiveness of the SEZ and TPD activity in Transcarpathian region in the context of the regional development on the base of the relative analysis of the object of four levels is done. The present state of the regional business climate, its problems and the ways of their solution from the enterprises' and local government's point of view are revealed. The methods of econometric modelling of regional business climate are represented. The models of the Transcarpathian regional business climate are developed aiming to estimate the level of the selected characteristics' influence on the resulting parameter of the regional development. The models cover the indicators of the macro-, mezoeconomic levels and social sphere.
