Essay

The thesis is dedicated to investigation of the polishing process by lobe-type abrasive disks consisting of diamond ribbons made on the base of iron and nickel powder plasma coating to the technological ensuring of the surface layer quality parameters and service characteristics of the sprayed machine elements. The results of the investigation of the treaded surface microgeometry have been presented taking into account of the porosity of the sprayed material. This investigation allows to forecast the geometrical parameters of the surface layer.
