Pinsky O. The state of natural resistence and immunobiological reactivity as well as their correction in sheep of Ukraine's Central Polissya

. Test object: general resistance and immunobiological reactivity in sheep under radionuclide contamination conditions. Research purpose: the study of natural resistance and immunobiological reactivity in sheep exposed to chronic irradiation as well as the development of means and methods of correcting the mentioned factors. Research methods: retrospective epizootological analysis, epizootological experiment, immunological, biochemical, radiological and statistical ones. Ejuipment: microscope, thermostat, centrifuge, refractometer, spectrophotometer, photoelectrocolorimeter, gammaspectrometer. Theoretical results: immune status and postvaccinal immunity formation in sheep under higher radiation effect have been investigated. Practical results: "Recommendations for the development of the scientifically grounded system of immunocorrective therapy in sheep farming under the conditions of chronic ionizing irradiation in Ukrainian Polissya" have been worked out and approved. Novelty: for the first time epizootological monitoring of immunobiological reactivity in ewes and lambs has been carried out and a scheme of their immunogenesis correction has been suggested. Degree of introduction: the recommendations are to be used in the operation of agricultural enterprises. Sphere of application: veterinary medicine, research and educational institutions.
