Mozil Z. Legal regulation of the International trade within the European Union.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the legal regulation of the trade relations within the European Union as well as between the European Union and Ukraine. The dissertation includes legal analysis of the development of trade relations between European States. Main accent in the dissertation is made on scope and framework of one of fundamental freedoms of the EU Internal Market, namely the free movement of goods. Greater attention is paid to the investigation of factors, which could restrict this freedom. The dissertation is also dedicated to the legal regulation of trade between Ukraine and the EU, determines the main regimes in trade between parties, protective measures and procedure of their application and perspectives of the legal regulation of trade between the EU and Ukraine.
