Temoory R. Modern informational technologies as the factor of optimai journalistic - editorial activity

In this thesis you can see systematic analysis of introduction into Ukrainian mass media of modern informational and communicative technologies, modernization of editorial activities, improvement of administrative, creative, material and technical structures, making of informational market, establishment of new relations between creative and technical services. In this dissertation the author used analytical, typological, historical, comparative, systematic and model methods. The author also studied social-cultural pre-conditions of computer and informational systems formation in mass-media. Informational technologies are determined as integral index of the system "journalist-society". In this thesis you can get to know about model of journalistic-editorial activity without using computers; about basic models of this activity at the beginning of computerization; about main characteristics of modern journalist-editorial work; and about new ways of neutralization of negative consequences of computerization. The work investigates different communicative situations; factors necessary for construction of dynamic model of editorial thesis are researched, as well as modern structures and functions of editorial units with taking into consideration the computerization of creative-productive relations, the growing possibility of collecting, processing, storing and spreading of information; the vital problems of virtual journalism and Internet - version creation are mentioned.
