Dissertational work is the system research of specificity of management first in the Ukrainian science by economic development to Hong Kong in conditions of amplification of world globalization. It is analysed and is generalized major factors which have caused phenomenal economic success of Hong Kong. The special attention is given to questions management of foreign trade activities as to a determinative of economic progress. Prospects and conditions of economic cooperation of Ukraine and Hong Kong are investigated. Measures on its deepening are offered.
