Gоlubeva V. International Legal Regulations of Foreign Economic Activities and Ukrainian National Legislation (Non-Tariff Aspect)

The dissertation deals with both international legal and national regulation of foreign economic activities through the use of non-tariff methods. The paper analyses the mechanism for regulating foreign economic activities and its elements, in particular the legal nature of non-tariff restrictions. International legal requirements related to the use of non-tariff instruments of trade regulation in states' practice have been investigated. The domestic non-tariff system for the regulation of foreign economic activities and its problems have been considered. A number of proposals are formulated, the realization of which will enable to ensure Ukraine's joining the WTO as the single universal legal space of the trade sphere
