Churakov Y. State regulation of financial activity and pricing of natural monopolies in Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to research of aspects of the state adjusting of financial activity and pricing of natural monopolies in Ukraine. In work the specific of such economic category is explored, as natural monopolies, practice of the state adjusting of financial activity and pricing of natural monopolies is explored both in Ukraine, and by a foreign country. Сonducted in Ukraine during 1996-2002 and the long-term prospects of their reformation are certain. The detailed research of existent practice of drafting of tariffs on services of natural monopolies allowed to define the paths of their calculation and stimulation. Norm of income are analyzed, that a natural monopoly is to get, with the purpose of concordance of these constituents of process of pricing and increase of efficiency of functioning of natural monopolies in Ukraine.
