Essay

The dissertation is devoted to questions of improvement of secondary out-patient prophylaxis of the basic cardiovascular diseases with the purpose of decrease of frequency of complications, requirement for expensive kinds of a medical care and mortality. The methods of account of the basic requirements in resources for adequate maintenance of introduction of modern technologies of secondary prevention in conditions of urban district are developed. The medical and sociological research on study of awareness, availability and adherence of the cardiovascular patients concerning the basic measures of secondary prevention is carried out. The analysis of an infrastructure cardiological service is carried out on conformity to an epidemiological situation on an arterial hypertension and ischaemic heart disease. The new frame - Center of an out-patient cardiology was created.
