The process of transfer of bedrock free-flowing material along the working face with the spatial vibrations of the driven element is studied in this work. The aim is an increase in the efficiency of the bedrock abrasive material output and screening by substantiation of the feeder-screen parameters with the box spatial vibrations, which are made by two vibrators whose driving forces are directed at differ-ent angles and by curvilinear profile line of the working face. The theoretical and experimental investigations for a new dynamic scheme of the feeder-screen are given; there the dependencies of efficiency and output of the screening have been given on the angles of the driving forces and points of their application in edgewise of the driven element. The new configuration of the scalping face with curvilinear profile line of grates increasing the material screening efficiency and scalp failsafety has been proved. The methods for calculation and selection of dynamic parameters of the vibration feeder-screen and definition of the parameters for the new configura-tions of the screen scalping faces are developed.
