Essay

Research object is the agricultural periodicals issued by branch bodies in Ukraine at the 20-30-th years of the XX century. Research subject is appropriatenesses formation and development agricultural periodicals on agronomy at the 20-30-th years of the XX century as reconstruction source of science history. The tasks formulated in the work are solved with the help of general scientific and special research methods. For the first time historic and scientific analysis of periodicals as source on the history of agronomy in Ukraine for given period was carried out, the functioning periodization of these issues was tabulated, the circuit of their classification was elaborated and total its number (350 names) was determined.
