Iznun I. The peculiarities of use of military force in armed conflicts of 90-tieth of the XXth century.

Institute of use of military force for resolving conflicts, mechanisms of decision-making about such operations, the role of main subjects of international relations in resolving conflicts by force means, the typical peculiarities of the investigated conflicts and factors which influence the effectiveness of use of force for their resolving are being investigated. Arising of new system of international relations in last decade of XX century led to the sharp increasing of quantity of conflicts of different types, scale and intensity in different places of the planet. Mostly these conflicts were resolved by force means. In connection with this fact interest and attention of politologists and conflictologists all over the world to the institute of use of military force for resolving the conflicts became much stronger. And now use of military force for resolving the international conflicts gradually turns into norm in international practice.
