Essay

Object of research: parameters of toxicity, pharmacody-namics and medical efficiency of brovalzen and brontel. Purpose of research: to examine the toxicity and pharmacodynamics of brovalzen and brontel on a background of nitrate loading in experiments on laboratory animals and sheep sick on fascilosis. To set mutagenic action of indicated antihelmines. Methods of research: pharmacological, toxicological, biochemical, immunological, haematological, coproovoscopic and statistical. Scientific novelty: for the first time on a background of nitrate loading it was studied the pharmacodynamics and toxicity of brovalzen and brontel, it was determined their efficiency of treatment in sheep, sich on fascilosis. . Complex investigations of influence of indicated antihelmintic on morphological and biochemical indices of blood and histological structure of internal organs of laboratory animals and sheep were carried out. It was determined the mutagenic action of brovalzen and brontel on a background of nitrate loading. It was proved scientific grounding of sodium sulfite in practice of veterinary medicine for the prophylactics of nitrate - nitrite toxicosis in sheep. Degree of introduction: it was carried out the methodical recommendation by the results of investigation, which were included in a informative sheep on the questions of dehelmintization at fascilosis on the backround of nitrate loading. To the forage with the increased content of nitrates before dehelmintization joy should and sodium sulfite in doses 20 gr for adult animal. Received information is recommended to use in educational processes from the courses of on pharmacolology toxicology and clinical biochemistry. Sphere (field) of using : veterinary medicine.
