Approach to determination of economic essence of notion, non-obvious infrastructure is offered, as a system creating terms for functioning of recreation complex and realization of processes of life-support of region. It is extended and the notion vehicle of the explored theme is complemented by new economic categories. The aspects of functioning and development elements non-obvious infrastructure of recreation complex theoretical and practical are specified and the necessity selection of infrastructural kernel, the elements which create terms for production complex recreation favor, and also classification of factors affecting forming and development of non-obvious infrastructure of recreation complex, is grounded.
