Essay

The object is –educational process of military-professional preparing in Higher military educational establishment. The aim is to base theoretically, determined and to discover the complex of pedagogical conditions, which promote the effective adaptation of cadets at Higher military educational establishment; to determined and experimentally probe structural-functional model and method of formation the state of adaptation for studying at Higher military educational establishment. The methods are theoretical, empirical, and statistical. Scientific novelty and fundamental value - the complex of pedagogical conditions necessary for cadet’ adaptation to their training at higher military educational establishments is determined; The structural – functional model of the adaptation of cadets to their studies at higher military educational establishments is developed; definite features and laws of the process of adaptation of the cadets to their training at an establishment of a ‘close’ type are specified; theconcept “adaptation”, “adaptation of cadets for studying at HMEE” are correct. The practical meaning – the method of realization of pedagogical conditions of adaptation future military specialists in conditions of standartization of Higher military education; the method of formation the state of adaptation for practice and education cadets on the first course of Higher military educational establishment, which with a condition of specific of professional activity can spread on the adaptational process of cadets and students HEE of a “close” type is developed. Subject and degree of introduction – scientific-methodical materials and studying-methodical recommendations for teachers and cadets from ruling the process of adaptation of cadets for studying at Higher military educational establishment are developed. Effectiveness of introduction is high. Sphere is pedagogical, Higher military educational establishments.
