Essay

The object is communicative-speech activity of managers. The aim is to develop, to determine theoretically and to approbate experimentally the methods of future managers training for dialogue communication in post-diploma education. The research methods are theoretical, empirical, statistical. The theoretical results and new approach lies in first research and scientific determination of didactic model of future managers training in the sphere of public administration for dialogue communication in post-diploma education; identification of context and structure of this training, criteria and indicators of future managers readiness for dialogue communication in the sphere of public administration in post-diploma education; pedagogical conditions for implementation of didactic model of future managers preparation in the sphere of public administration to dialogue communication in post-diploma education; the essence of such terms as “communication”, “dialogue”, “dialogue communication”, “manager”, “publicservant” are defined more precisely. The practical results and new approach lies in creation of methodology of future managers preparation to dialogue communication in the system of post-diploma education; the didactic model of this preparation was tested. The subject and level of implementation are in development of special course “Dialogue Communication” for In-Service Centers on training and re-training programs of public servants; system of passive-reproductive and active-reproductive exercises, game study technologies which were experimentally tested in the process of future managers training for dialogue communication. The efficiency of implementation is high. The sphere of implementation is pedagogical, higher schools of post-diploma education, In-Service Centers.
