Essay

The objective of the research is professional preparation of future teachers. The aim of the research – is to reveal and scientifically substantiate the pedagogical conditions that stipulate the effectiveness of formation of tolerance of future teachers in the process of their professional training. Methods of the research are: theoretical, empirical, statistical. The results and novelty of the research – the essence and specification of tolerance as a professionally important feature of a teacher’s personality in modern national school were theoretically well-grounded there in at the first time; the structure of tolerance was specified; the indicators, criteria and levels of formation of tolerance of future teachers have been defined and positive and negative signs of degree of tolerance of the teachers have been characterized; the pedagogical conditions that stipulate the effectiveness of formation of tolerance of future teachers as professionally important feature of teacher’s personality were revealed. The practical results and the novelty of the research – a technology of formation of tolerance of future teachers in the process of their professional training has been elaborated. The object and degree of introduction – the special courses “Pedagogy of tolerance: the essence, history and outlook of the development”; “Pedagogy with families” and practicing course “Learning of pedagogy of tolerance” were developed, methodically stipulated and probed. The effectiveness of introduction is high. The sphere of introduction is defined as pedagogical, in particular higher pedagogical institutions.
