Essay

The steady-state darkness during 8 days results in desynchronizes of the circadian rhythms of sodium ions, titrate acids and ammonium excretion with moving from 2300 - 200 hours to 200 - 1400 hours.Steady-state light during 8 days results in decrease of sizes diuresis, natriuresis and excretion of acidic valencies mainly in nighttime that is associated by depression characteristic circadian rhythm of excretory activity of the kidney. Long-term insertion of hydrocortisone results in decrease of sizes natriuresis and excretion of acidic valencies in rats which being under the ordinary daylight and increase of sizes natriuresis and excretion of acidic valencies in rats which being under the steady-state darkness during 8 days.
