Hodyryeva A. Municipal housing complex: the directions of reforming and effectiveness of functioning

The process of forming and functioning of organizational-economic mechanism of prospective development of the Ukrainian municipal complex is investigated and the methods and directions of its improvement in transforming economy are worked out in this dissertation. The conception of the regional system is extended in this work, the regional socialeconomic essence from the positions of territorial organization and the essence of the social-economic transformations in the regional system under conditions of radical changes are defined, the macromodel of the economic development of the municipal complex is founded, the methodological principles of the effectiveness estimation of its development are worked out and the conceptual model of prospective regional municipal complex development is proposed, the methodological and scientific-methodical bases of estimation of the municipal housing and communal services effectiveness are extended, the directions of its reforming under modern circumstances are substantiated, the ways of the management improvement and the recommendations and the propositions as to the improvement of innovational-investing guarantee of the municipal complex development are worked out.
