Essay

It is set, that periods of the substantial worsening of adaptive possibilities and functional state of cardio-vascular system of boys and youths are periods from 9 to 10 years and from 15 to 16 years, and girlies and girls – from 8 to 9 years, from 11 to 12 years and from 15 to 16 years. Application among children in “critical” age periods of the rehabilitation’s program of aerobic orientation developed in the expressed optimization of cardiovascular system’s adaptive possibilities and functional state of their organism. Research outputs are based on the author method of calculation of cardiovascular system’s adaptation potential.
