Sobkov Y. The Minimall Invasive interventions of Kidneys Cysts.

The percutaneous puncture of Kidney Cyst with aspiration of its contents, drainage of its cavity and step-by-step sclerosing therapy is optimal Minimally Invasive method of treatment of Kydneys Cystic diseases. Application of this methodic allows to avoid the traumatic open surgical intervention in 98% cases. The criterions of conservative treatment of Kydneys Cysts are determined: Cysts less than 5 cm. in diameter, absence of complaints, absence of urodinamic disorder, disorders of the next organs and systems functions. We have determined that it's possible to fulfill the puncture treatment in 74, 4% of patients with Kidneys Solitary Cysts. The open surgical intervention with resection of Cysts membranes is necessary for 26% of patients. The new device for drainage of Cyst's cavity has been elaborated. Only 7.4 % of patients treated in puncture way with drainage and step-by-step sclerosing therapy have recurrence for 3 years of observation.
