Kudryavtseva N. Organizational and economic mechanism of the state regulation of the education(based on after graduating education).

On basis of analysis of the educational work in the after graduating institutions the was developed new organizational structure of the management of the after graduating education. The place for this structure for implementation of the innovation model of Ukrainian economical policy was specified. The approaches to the determining the category vocational training were improved and the new nags for evaluating economical efficiency were worked out the fundamental sources of financial supplying the after graduating education were determined and the effective actions for proficient managing were introduced. The role of the after graduating education, as a segment, that rapidly fills the labor-market with the specialists of the appropriate category was proved. The mainstreams of state policy in the field of education on the way to the integration into European educational process according to the demands of Bologna declaration were examined.
