The dissertation is devoted to the view of actual problems of establishment, functioning and advancement of fiscal-economic policy under the conditions of transitive economy. Theoretical-methodological bases of tax policy formation, current means of indirect income and property taxes payment, and their influence on country's social-economic development are viewed in the present research. Particular attention is paid to the improvement of forms and methods of fiscal-economic policy realization under the conditions of quazi-economic environment.
