Essay

The Dissertation is developed to study the leading pathogenic mechanisms and factors, wich assist to the development of myocardial ischemic disease among patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and the work on scemes of medicinal anti-ischemic therapy.60 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,20 patients with essential hypertension, complicated with the development of hypertensive heart and 20 people without clinical and instrumental signs of the heart disease have been examined.High prevalence of myocardial ischemic disease among patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy has been stated, the severity of witch did not much depend upon the degree of the significance of hypertrophy, its localization, hemodynamic variant of the disease, indications of diastolic function, but correlated with the indications of the heart rate variability, the heart rate fnd cardiac output. It has been stated that patients with hypertrophyc cardiomyopathy have significantly descreased heart rate variability, both due to parasympathetic and sympathetic components, whereas the prevailing of the later has been kept.It has beeh stated that hypertrophic cardiomyopathy have significant disorders of trombocytary hemostasis with the increase of adenosine diphosphate-induced aggregation of trombocytes; and the ingibition of adrenalin-induced aggregation.Combined therapy with aspirin and locren assists to the normazation of changes. It has been stated that beta-blockers - locren provides for anti-ischemic effect in 73% patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy; however, when conducting anti-ischemic therapy, it is necessary to avoid significant decrease of the heart rate, as it is accompanied by the worsening of the patient's state and the deepening of the state of patients and deepening of myocardial ischemic disease.
