Essay

The structure and the formative factors of teacher's burnout syndrome are analyzed in the work. The role of personality factors is shown. Working conditions of teacher's job are considered as secondary factors. Factors preventing teacher's burnout are considered. Pedagogical skills are treated as integral personal formation that prevents teacher's burnout. The special scale was developed to research the pedagogical skills. Comparative analysis of burnout syndrome of teachers and other social professions is presented. The main three ways of prevention of teacher burnout are described. Dissertation presents training program to prevent the burnout syndrome. Effectiveness of these training courses is proved.
