Essay

The Object of the Research. The functioning of the financial and material flows management mechanism. The Purpose of the Research. The development of the methodological basis for the formation of the enterprise financial and material flows management mechnism. Research methods: systemic analysis; dialectic method of cognition; methods of modelling and prediction of economic processes. Theoretical and Practical Results. The methodology and results of the research provide for the radical improvement of the enterprise logistics flows management. The results of the research are original due to the development of a comprehensive system of scientific, methodological and pragmatic means to provide for an efficient material and financial flows management. The author suggested the mechanism of the logistics program development based on the use of an integral logistics unit, which provides for a possibility to control the distribution of efforts, depending on the circumstances, as well as the possibility to issue the enterprise logistics reserves and to pursue the enterprise economic strategy in this direction on the basis of the unification of interrelationship between the components of the enterprise logistics flows. A concept of the logistics support to the management decisions on the basis of the enterprise logistics environment and the logistics analysis has been suggested as well. Putting the research results into practice. The research results have been put into practice at the Krasnaya Zvyezda Jont-Stock Company, Zdorovya Pharmaceutical Joint-Stock Company and at V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
