In work the psychological analysis of personal-professional becoming and success of professional employees working at the Office of Public Prosecutor which has the differential importance at definition of a professional level of the public prosecutor is carried out and can serve as a criterion for prognosis. It has allowed to construct professionalgram and psychogram of the successful public prosecutor. The last one consists of five blocks: legal socialization of personality, organizational-administrative abilities, cognitive abilities, autoregulational properties and communicative - constructional abilities.
