Essay

In dissertation investigated a functional state of football players of the supreme league at the maximal physical exercises and criteria of metabolic disturbances definition in the vital organs and optimization of medicamentous correction of these disturbances. In experiment the basic ways of metabolic disorders are revealed and the role of substances, reach in phosphatic connection in correction of these disorders, are established. 110 sportsmen-football players were examined by means of a complex method (veloergometry, electrocardiography, heart rate variability, rheography, laboratory-biochemical parameters, erythrocyte morphological research) and the risk group of significant metabolic disorders have been allocated. Correction of these disorders was carried out by means of administration of exogenous macroergic phosphates – ATP and and phosphocreatine"Neoton". It was shown that ATP application does not give positive essential changes in metabolic processes and physical serviceability. At the sametime, phosphocreatine (“Neoton”) resulted to positive significant (P<0,05) improvement of carbohydrate-energetic exchange, lipid peroxide oxidation parameters, ATP accumulation in erythrocytes and significantly improved football players functional condition.
