Object of research: organization as socio economic system; the purpose of work: a theoretical substantiation and development of the methodical recommendations directed on creation of conditions and introduction to action of the factors, which form behaviour of industrial organization; a technique of research and equipment: methods of theoretical generalization, expert estimations, statistical analysis; theoretical and practical results: Model of diagnostics of behaviour of collective in mutual relation with the chief for the first time is developed, the contents and essence of concepts “behaviour of organization”, „management of behaviour of organization”, list of the factors is specified which influence behaviour of industrial organization, by which the culture, requirement and sociotype of collective is entered, the order of definition sociotype of collective is advanced in view of laws of perception and processing by the man of the information, have received the further development the methodical recommendations concerning definition of functions, rights, duties of the appropriate persons or departments of system at regulation of behaviour of collective and formation of the code of ethical behaviour of organization; the practical importance of the received results is, that their introduction will permit to adjust behaviour of industrial organization with use of the scientifically proved principles and techniques, to ensure its reliable functioning; The development are entered into practical activity on joint-stock company “Hydrodrive”, joint-stock company „Kharkovholodmasch”, joint-stock company „ZEMV”, educational process.
