Essay

The dissertation is devoted to technology of assembly thread connections by adopted means, researching of both schemes of flexible base in fasteners and geometry of screwing metric thread. It has been got the mathematics models of processes mutual orientation if connected details which allow the optimal conditions if screwing according to linear disparity of their basing. The main results of work are realized in researching examples of adaptable device for screwing, the top with flexible base of nut and holder for fasteners. Their capacity for work and efficiency have been confirmed in laboratory and production researches.
